Andie is a performance coach and training consultant with experience of a wide range of commercial environments including retail, pharmaceuticals, the airline industry, insurance, finance, banking and telecommunications.

She has trained and coached directors and senior managers in some of the UK’s largest and most successful companies and has designed and delivered training programmes covering all areas of management and personal development.

As well as her experience in personal development, Andie has a proven track record working at the sharp end and understands well what it means to be in the front line. During her early career, she managed several high street stores and before starting her own company was a Regional Training Manager for one of the UK’s most successful department stores managing a team of HR professionals.

Andie’s main focus is coaching and personal development for directors, senior and board-level managers and senior professionals.
