GEOFF LLEWELLYN

Experience/typical assignments

 

Prior to his association with inspiria, Geoff worked for 20 years in various parts of the public sector – The Department of Employment, Manpower Services Commission, BBC, The Post Office before joining Sema Group as a Principal Consultant in 1996.

 

During his eight years at Sema Group he was successively a Consultant Director in the Transport sector, Account Director for the DWP account and latterly Director of Strategy and Government Relations. After two years in Siemens Business Services up to 2006, where he was Account Director for the Immigration and Nationality Directorate and for a number of major public sector bids, he started his own business.

 

The key theme running through his career has been change management and he believes that the trio of skills necessary to support success in change management are “Research, Planning and Motivation”.
