In addition to working in association with inspiria, Jenny runs her own training consultancy, which she launched after a long and successful career with Waitrose, the food division of the John Lewis partnership. Having joined Waitrose as a graduate and worked first as a manager she then moved to the role of management trainer working with middle and senior level managers. In this role she designed and delivered training events, which ranged in content from practical skills development to increasing the self awareness, influence and personal effectiveness of those involved. Jenny also worked as a personal coach with people as they joined the business at this senior level, and later in their careers.
As a training consultant Jenny is working as a trainer and coach with individuals and groups from a wide variety of organisations, including Save the Children, the National Audit Office, Sunrise Senior Living, Deloitte, Watson Wyatt and John Lewis.
