Sharon brings vast experience of personal and team development solutions.  Much of her career has been within the John Lewis Partnership, working mainly for Waitrose as a trainer and coach, providing management development for branch managers and teams during acquisition.  In the last year Sharon has worked for a number of public sector organisations who were going through significant change.  She co-facilitates on a Coaching Mastery Programme for NLP practitioners which is recognised by the Association of Coaching.

Sharon works with individuals and teams to enable them to achieve the personal and organisational goals that they aspire to.  Her fascination is with the power of the mind to overcome any limitations that an individual or group may have placed on themselves in the past and to develop new strategies for success.
